Mechanics

When used with a Vaal OrbVaal OrbStack Size: 20Modifies an item unpredictably and Corrupts itRight click this item then left click an item to corrupt it. Corrupted items cannot be modified again., it removes the "No change" outcome as a possible result, making the outcome 1 of 3 effects instead of 1 of 4.

Item acquisition

Omen of Corruption has restrictions on where or how it can drop.

Can appear as a reward in Ritual.
