Abandoned Prison is an area in Act 4. This area has a waypoint and is connected to Kingsmarch and Solitary Confinement.

Area

The area is a sinister, dark and rainy island with a large maze-like prison on it, that was abandoned by humanity long ago. It contains Levers to unlock locked doors.

Her scales weigh only truth.This key can be used to unlock the Chapel Door in the Abandoned Prison., which drops from Spined Necromancers in this area. Guarded by rare Spined Necromancer Forael, the Soulkeeper. Contains the Statue of the Goddess of Justice, which allows you to pick between two permanent upgrades: 30% increased Mana Recovery from Flasks or 30% increased Life Recovery from Flasks. You can change the bonus by revisiting the Statue.
[Notable Landmark] Forgotten Cells: A lever opens up several cells, which release a stream of common enemies. There is no special reward for defeating them.
[Notable Landmark] The Armoury: A cell contains several "Riot Armaments" chests containing weapons. Guarded by rare monster Fallen Quartermaster.
[Encounter] At a dead end with a Checkpoint nearby is a large hallway with a normal Strongbox at the far end.
