Idol of Egrin is an idol that adds an exclusive enchantment modifier to equipment it is socketed into.

Item acquisition

Idol of Egrin has restrictions on where or how it can drop.

Can drop from any Azmeri spirit-possessed monsters.

Lore

Egrin is a historical figure in Path of Exile. He was an Azmeri whose visions contributed to the founding of the Eternal Empire and a member of the Order of the Djinn, responsible for forging the Starforge.
