It drops randomly from any monster within the area and is not used for any actual quests, but can be used in the area it is found in.
It is one of two baryas found throughout the area (the other one being Rangeen's BaryaRangeen's Barya"I'd have preferred to go with the Serpent Clan."), both need to be returned to their respective pedastal and reward the player with a similar wish.
Returning the barya rewards the player with a wish, which grants either a ring, amulet or jewel.
