The Drowned City is an area in Act 3. This area has a waypoint and is connected to Ziggurat Encampment, Apex of Filth, and The Molten Vault.

The Drowned City is a large area containing flooded ruins. It is split in the centre by a nest of Drowned Crawlers.

[Notable landmark] Shinies: Behind doors are several indoor areas called Foul Quarters, each containing larger piles of loose Gold and a rare barrel chest.

0.2.0e	Removed the dead end in The Drowned City as well as the part of the level that leads up to it. This reduces the overall size of the area quite a lot, but more importantly prevents the frustrating situation where you go the wrong way and have to backtrack.
