After gathering the Runed GirdleRuned GirdleThe rune on the buckle means 'unity' or 'safety from harm.', Runed GuardRuned GuardThe rune at the base of the blade means 'to strike true' or 'truth.' and Runed Skull CapRuned Skull CapThe rune emblazoned on the crest means 'freedom' or 'for a worthy cause.' in the Red Vale, all 3 items can be brought to Renly in the Encampment, who forges the spikes, that are needed to further progress the Secrets in the Dark.
