The Matlan Waterways is a mostly linear area consisting of several waterways and platforms. Use the Canal Levers to lower the water blocking the path. Pull the final lever to drain Utzaal, allowing access to the Temple of Kopec's locked entrance and The Drowned City from the Ziggurat Encampment.
