Count Lachlann's RingThe rune of Authority is said to dim one lunar cycle after a Count's soul is laid to rest.
Count Lachlann's Ring can be given to Una in the Clearfell Encampment in order to finish The Mysterious Shade by reviving the Hooded One. Note that while the quest is required, actually bringing the ring to Una is optional; defeating Count Geonor at the end of Act 1 will cause this quest to automatically progress and remove the ring if currently in your inventory.[1]
