Arastas is an area in Act 4. This area has a waypoint and is connected to Kingsmarch.

Area

A city area housing the home and church of the Twilight Order. Only a small section of the area can be explored before you've collected all three pieces of the precursor weapon. The remainder of the map consists of a mixture of various buildings and structures and rocky outcrops.

Returning here later will result in the character getting ambushed by Benedictus, First Herald of Utopia's forces near the church. After defeating the monsters, the remainder of the map will become accessible.

[Boss Arena] Excavated Pit: A smaller circular arena of Torvian, Hand of the Saviour, who drops a Level 12 Uncut Skill GemUncut Skill GemCreates a Skill Gem or Level an existing gem to level #Right Click to engrave a Skill Gem. on defeat. Three untargetable Twilight Order casters can be found on elevated platforms around the arena that cast buffs on Torvian; if Torvian uses his stone throw ability towards the platforms, the corresponding buff will be removed.
