Holten Estate is an area in Interlude 1.
This area has a waypoint and is connected to Holten. There is a second floor, accessed through the boss arena.
Area
The map is structured like a courtyard house; a large square manor with a central courtyard that also serves as boss arena. After entering the courtyard and initiating the boss fight it is possible to leave through the bottom left of the courtyard and locate a checkpoint and stairs leading to the second floor. Both first and second floors contain small office spaces containing a checkpoint and "Her Message", some flavor text, and containing a number of magic or rare chests.
