Fate of the Vaal league is an Early Access temporary league. It launches on December 12, 2025 as part of Path of Exile 2: The Last of the Druids in version 0.4.0.

League content

Main article: Atziri's Temple

Ancient Vaal structures can be found throughout Wraeclast affecting nearby creatures. Sacrifice them to fuel the devices to travel to Atziri's Temple, the labyrinthine Lira Vaal. These devices grant the ability to modify the rooms and layout of the temple, unlocking various rewards and challenges. Fight against the Royal Architect and perhaps even Queen Atziri herself.

While exploring the temple, take advantage of ancient Vaal technology found inside to modify items in new ways or even augment human body parts. In addition to a variety of crafting benches and currencies that further modify corrupted items in unpredictable ways, the Temple of Atziri also unlocks access to various other rewards:

• A new type of soul core: Ancient Soul Cores.
• Cultivated Vaal uniques: Using a Vaal Cultivation OrbVaal Cultivation OrbStack Size: 10Replaces up to 2 modifiers on a Corrupted Vaal Unique
  Replaces other Uniques with a Corrupted Unique of the same Item ClassRight click this item then left click on a unique item to apply it. mutates Vaal uniques to have one or more of their modifiers replaced by exclusive Vaal cultivation modifiers.
• Temporary mechanical prosthetic limbs that grant modifiers.
• Several exclusive lineage supports from Xipocado, Royal Architect.
