The Copper Citadel is an endgame area which can be accessed with a Tier 15 or above Waystone. The boss of this area will drop a Crisis Fragment.
Increases to Waystone Drop Chance gives a chance for additional Crisis Fragments to drop.

The Copper Citadel is a special map location on the atlas. Maps nodes around the Copper Citadel are decorated with clusters of small tent structures on the atlas. It emits an orange light when in fog of war on atlas.
The map boss is Jamanra, the Abomination.
