This quest spawns through the whole Act 3.
At first, The Hooded One asked the player to lower the water level of Utzaal. So that the player travelled to Infested Barrens via Jungle Ruins. Over there, Alva told the player to find a large Soul Core in Jiquani's Sanctum (via Chimeral Wetlands and Jiquani's Machinarium), in order to activate the access to The Matlan Waterways.
The way to the Jiquani's Machinarium is guarded by a unique monster Xyclucian, the Chimera, which also drops
