Liquid Emotions are Currency items that are exclusive drops from the Delirium mechanic. Liquid Emotions allow you to instil an amulet with a Notable Skill from the Passive Tree. Maps can also be instilled, adding various rewards while making them more challenging.

Liquid emotions are a type of currency item exclusive to Delirium encounters. Liquid emotions may be used to instill enchantments onto amulets and waystones. On amulets, combinations of three liquid emotions correspond to and grant a notable passive from the passive skill tree while the amulet is equipped. On waystones, each liquid emotion (up to three) can apply layers of Delirium to maps, increasing its difficulty significantly however also adding additional modifiers based on used liquid emotions.

Amulets can only have one enchantment and waystones can have up to three enchantments, unless otherwise stated (e.g StrugglescreamStrugglescream

but the shadows eventually become home.). An item's enchantment can be replaced by enchantment simply by instilling it again; if the item has multiple enchantments, one will be replaced at random. It is not currently possible to remove an enchantment altogether.
