The Well of Souls is an area in Act 2. This area has a waypoint and is connected to Lightless Passage and The Black Cathedral. This area provides the ability to reveal desecrated modifiers.
It can only be accessed in Rise of the Abyssal league; it will not appear on the overworld map in permanent leagues.
