The Spires of Deshar is an area in Act 2. This area has a waypoint and is connected to Path of Mourning.

The Spires of Deshar is a combination of several interconnected passageways and the rooftop spires of burial towers.

[Boss arena] The Defiled Spire: A ring-like arena with a hole in the middle containing Tor Gul.
[Notable landmark] Sisters of Garukhan: Interacting with the monument grants a permanent +10% to Lightning Resistance, and spawns several Kinarha statues.
