Buried Shrines is an area in Act 2. This area has a waypoint and is connected to The Lost City.

Defeating either Zalmarath, the Colossus or Iktab, the Deathlord will increase the area level to 24. Defeating both will increase the area level to 27.

The area is also known as "Keth Sanctum" in the quest log.
