Certain Channelling skills have extra effects and benefits if released within a certain timing window while using the skill. Certain support gems and items can modify the duration of that timing window.

Certain channelling skills have perfect timing windows. Releasing the skill during those windows will grant extra effects and benefits. This duration can be modified.

Skill gems

• Perfect StrikePerfect StrikeAttack, AoE, Melee, Strike, Fire, Channelling
  Tier: 5
  Level: 1Charge up your weapon while channelling. Releasing the moment you fully charge will release a wave of Fire.Place into a Skill Gem socket to gain this skill. These are found in the Skill Gems panel.
• Gathering StormGathering StormAttack, AoE, Melee, Lightning, Duration, Channelling, Travel
  Tier: 13
  Level: 1Flip backward and Channel to charge your Quarterstaff with Lightning. Releasing dashes towards the target location, damaging enemies along the way. Releasing with perfect timing performs a Lightning-infused dash that releases shockwaves from enemies you dash through and leaves a trail of Shocked Ground in your wake. This skill cannot be Ancestrally Boosted.Place into a Skill Gem socket to gain this skill. These are found in the Skill Gems panel.
