Contains a Powerful Boss Encounter

The Ezomyte Megaliths is a unique map. It appears within the forest and grass biomes.

Layout

The map has a large diamond-shaped layout with a central boss arena. The player must activate six Runed Monoliths around the perimeter to activate the boss gauntlet.

It is similar to the Stones of Serle interlude area.

Mechanics

After the Runed Monoliths are activated, 8 waves of random map bosses will spawn, followed by a final double boss wave.

After each boss is defeated, an "Empowered Rune" chest will unlock near the arena, each of which has a near-guaranteed chance to drop a rune.

The Empowered Runes can drop exclusive runes, and defeating the final map boss of the gauntlet will always drop an additional exclusive rune.
