Can have 2 additional Instilled Modifiers: This modifier allows up to three enchantments to be applied to Strugglescream by instilling Liquid Emotions. Applying an enchantment to an item that has already reached its maximum number of enchantments will replace one at random.
Item acquisition
Strugglescream has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.
All Bosses that are affected by Difficulty and Simulacrum can now drop all of their specific unique items at any Difficulty, however rare uniques are even rarer at lower difficulties. This also applies to the drop chances for Reliquary keys from this content.
Fixed a bug where the Strugglescream Unique Amulet could not be stored in the Unique Stash Tab.
