Start Speak to Arge in Kingsmarch
Objective Find a suitable location to establish a Hideout.
Completion Speak to Arge

Hostile Takeover is a quest in Act 4, begun by speaking to Arge in Kingsmarch.

After killing Diamora, Song of Death, she'll sail you towards the Shoreline Hideout in order to clear it, which you can afterwards claim to use it as a Hideout from now on.
