The Twisted Domain is a breach zone, accessible through the use of a breachstone in a realmgate. It is a linear layout area with a breach hand at the start. Walk over the hand to begin the encounter. The goal is to reach the end of the area before running out of time. Once at the end, the timer will stop and loot will begin to drop. From there, walk into the final room to fight Xesht, We Who Are One.
