The Scourge of the Skies is a unique monster located in Shrike Island.
It seems to be the same type of monster as Chetza, the Feathered Plague and also shares the same moveset.
The Scourge needs to be defeated in order to finish this areas local questline Shrike Island and progress further with the Main Story Line The Search, since he holds one of the three pieces of the weapon.

Abilities
- Peck: Stabs the ground with its beak.
- Beak Swipe: Quickly turns, swiping its beak on the ground directly in front.
- Vomit Spray: Fires a mortar of projectiles forward.
- Spit: Fires three bloody projectiles - once each randomly to the left and right, then directly forward.
- Beak Spiral: Stabs the ground with its beak, creating spirals of damaging spikes on the ground causing Bleeding and Maim.
- Face Smash: Smashes its face on the ground, creating a large pool of physical damage over time.
- Birdstorm: The Scourge roars and flaps its wings, causing a stream of birds to fall from from the sky and explode on hitting the ground, tracking the player
- Summon Plagueling: At around 75% life, the Scourge summons a Plagueling minion, a dog-like monster that uses basic melee strikes. If killed, the Scourge will spawn another Plagueling.
