Rog is an NPC. He can be found in Kingsmarch, where he functions as a caster item and disenchantment vendor.
Rog can also be found in the endgame as an Expedition NPC. He trades exclusively in 
Order ArtifactStack Size: 20These can be used to trade with Rog or to combine items at the Recombinator.
s, which players can obtain during Expedition encounters, and will exchange them for armours and shields with special crafting.
Mechanics
Rog offers armours and shields for purchase and may provide optional crafting upgrades during transactions. His crafting options include incrementally upgrading, removing, or reforging item modifiers, making him ideal for customising defensive gear.
