Dark Mists is one of the secondary main story quests in Act 4, where you're travelling one of the many islands. It is begun by speaking with Makoru and sailing towards Kedge Bay.
Right fter leaving Kadge Bay, Tujen is able to be summoned at the entrance of Journey's End, where you find Freya Hartlin. She tasks you with finding her son Captain Hartlin
