Cleansed map

Cleansed map are a type of map encounter that can appear after completing a Corrupted Nexus. Doing so will convert all nearby maps affected by Coalesced Corruption to instead become cleansed maps, which contain additional cleansed monster packs.

Mechanics

Cleansed monsters have a chance to drop a Fracturing OrbFracturing OrbStack Size: 20Fracture a random modifier on a rare item with at least 4 modifiers, locking it in place.Right click this item then left click a rare item to apply it. Cannot be used on Fractured items..

A unique boss, Phanos, Last Disciple of Auria, can rarely be encountered. Phanos always drops a Fracturing Orb when killed.
