The Burning Monolith houses the most dangerous foe in all of Wraeclast.
Access to this foe requires three different Crisis Fragments from the Copper,The Copper Citadel is an endgame area which can be accessed with a Tier 15 or above Waystone. The boss of this area will drop a Crisis Fragment.
