Abandoned Prison is one of the secondary main story quests in Act 4, where you're travelling to one of the many islands.

The quest is begun by killing Krutog, Lord of Kin in Volcanic Warrens and free Matiki from his cage afterwards, who tells us, that he will show you his tribes most sacred place at the Eye of Hinekora.
