Sanguine Tides is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Blood Mage that grants life flask charges whenever you pay a sufficient life cost to skills, but lessens life recovery from flasks. In addition, whenever your life flask reaches full charge, 40% of its charges are consumed to grant you extra physical damage based on the number of charges spent.
