Forged in Flame is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Smith of Kitava that causes modifiers to maximum fire resistance to also apply to your maximum cold and lightning resistance as well. This does not interact with modifiers to maximum cold or lightning resistance, they still function as normal.
