Delwyn
Delwyn is an NPC. He can first be encountered in Hunting Grounds and provides an introduction to Azmerian wisps. He will appear again in the endgame during your first Azmerian Wisp encounter in a map.
Delwyn can also be found in the Interlude at The Glade, where he acts as a caster item and disenchantment vendor.
