Transformed passive skills are randomized based on the item's seed number and name. The seed determines what the notable passives in radius will transform into, and the name determines what keystone passives in radius will transform into. Conquered: Transformed passive skills cannot be further modified by other radius jewels.
Passives are affected the following way:
Attribute passives gain +3 to Tribute on top of their original attributes.
Small passives are transformed to "Tribute". Each small passive in radius grants +5 to Tribute instead of their original bonuses, which grants no inherent effects, but allows scaling of bonuses from notables.
Notable modifiers are transformed to random new notables that grant bonuses based on your total Tribute value instead of their original bonuses.
Keystones are transformed into a keystone corresponding to the named Abyssal Lich (Glorifying the defilement of # souls in tribute to <Abyssal Lich>).
