Azarian, the Forsaken Son is a unique monster located in Buried Shrines at The Heart of Keth in Act 2.
He is found in the main chamber of the shrine, trying to break through a door at the side of the shrine.

Throws a ball of fire across the arena, creating a blazing trail below it and causing an exploison where it lands. Both leave behind burning ground.

- Azarian: "I did die, after thirty years living among the Faridun. It was a harsh life filled with pain, and I hated every moment of it."
- The Water Goddess: "Can you ever forgive my mistake?"
- Azarian: "No. Save your breath for when my King arrives and lets the Seed feast upon your flesh."
