Salvage Benches are found in towns. The Salvage Bench in Act 1 is unlocked by completing the quest Finding the Forge.
Mechanics
Most equipment that can have quality and/or sockets can be salvaged for currency. Flasks, gems, and jewellery cannot be salvaged, even if they have quality.
