Encounter
- Tidal Wave - fires a tidal wave forward which causes knockback and builds up Freeze.
- Cannon - quickly loads a cannonball and fires it.
- Cannon Slam - slams directly in front using his cannon arm.
- Anchor Swipe - swipes twice in an arc using his anchor.
- Anchor Slam - quickly slams directly in front using his anchor.
- Sunder - slams his anchor down, causing a shockwave that moves forward.
- Skull Roulette:
- Green: Anchor Drop - charges up before causing a giant anchor to fall from the sky, dealing damage in an area
- Cyan: Spectral Salvo - fires a salvo of souls, tracking the target
- Purple: Summon Minions - Spawns Drowned Explorers
- Red: Cannonade - creates a ring of spectral cannons which fire towards the centre.
