Blackflame Covenant is a keystone passive skill that modifies Fire spells, converting all fire damage to chaos damage, causing ignite to deal chaos damage, and allowing chaos damage to contribute towards ignite chance and magnitude.
Mechanics
Blackflame Covenant only affects spells that have the Fire gem tag. Spells without the Fire gem tag will not be affected, even if they deal fire damage.
Location
Blackflame Covenant is located on the north-west of the Witch/Sorceress side of the passive skill tree.
