Mighty Silverfist is a unique monster in the Jungle Ruins of Act 3.
Defeating Mighty Silverfist for the first time drops a Module Error: More than one result found for item using search term "item_name = Book of Specialisation". Try using the page parameter instead, grating 2 passive skill points.
