Viper Napuatzi is a unique monster located at the Legion Blockade in Utzaal.

She drops a Level 3 Uncut Support GemUncut Support GemCreates a Support GemRight Click to engrave a Support Gem. and level 11 Uncut Skill GemUncut Skill GemCreates a Skill Gem or Level an existing gem to level #Right Click to engrave a Skill Gem. upon defeat.

It is needed to defeat her in order to proceed with Legacy of the Vaal.

Bow to your Queen, or die! / The Viper strikes / I will not relent!	Spear Combo	Does a sweep, stab, and jumping slam in quick succession.
You will fall before us!	Poison Spear Totem	Embeds weapon into the ground, creating a patch of Poison Ground while embedded.
