Sanguimancy is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Blood Mage that causes the player's skills to gain a Life cost equal to its Mana cost, and grants the skill
Life Remnants, which causes enemies to drop Remnants that grant life recovery which can Overflow. This passive skill is free to allocate.
Mechanics
When taken in conjunction with Blood Magic or Lifetap, the skill will no longer have a mana cost but will instead cost twice that amount as life cost.
