Critical Strike is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Amazon that allows hit chance to exceed 100% and grants your attacks additional critical hit chance equal to excess chance to hit.
Mechanics
This passive grants additional base critical hit chance equal to 25% of hit chance above 100%. (Ex. 120% chance to hit will grant +5% to base critical hit chance)
Due to how Accuracy calculations work, the maximum chance to hit you can have is 150%.
