Critical Strike
Not to be confused with Critical Hit.
Critical Strike is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Amazon that allows hit chance to exceed 100% and grants your attacks additional critical hit chance equal to excess chance to hit.
Mechanics
This passive grants base critical hit chance equal to hit chance above 100%. (Ex. 120% chance to hit will grant +20% to critical hit chance)
Due to how Accuracy calculations work, the maximum chance to hit you can have is 150%.
