Pyromantic Pact is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Infernalist that converts the players Mana pool into Infernal Flame.
The player gains Infernal Flame instead of spending Mana when they use a Skill. The player takes Maximum Life and Energy Shield as Fire Damage when the Infernal Flame pool reaches Maximum. This damage counts as a Hit, but does not Stun you. Once that happens, The Infernal Flame pool returns to 0. Infernal Flame is slowly depleted if no Infernal Flame was gained in the past 2 seconds.
