River Hag is a monster located in The Drowned City in Act 3. It also appears in The Riverbank in cruel difficulty, and in various endgame maps.
Skills
- Water Orb: Creates a blue-green ball of water which slowly moves towards the player. While in the orb the player's action speed is slowed. If they do not leave the orb within a few seconds, they are instantly killed, ignoring life or energy shield. If the river hag is killed, the Orb immediately disappears.
- Vortex: Creates a swirling blue-green vortex on a target which does cold damage over time to anything within its radius.
