Ekbab, Ancient Steed is a unique monster located in the Bone Pits. Ekbab is part of a dual boss encounter with Iktab, the Deathlord. Defeating them drops

Encounter
If Iktab, the Deathlord is killed first, Ekbab will enrage and the fight will gain new mechanics:
- Lightning Orb: A ghostly orb will slowly follow the player, exploding and dealing damage if it makes contact.
- Lightning Projectile Nova: A ghostly orb will periodically pulse and fire a nova of ghostly lightning projectiles. Has a high chance to shock.
