Count Geonor is a unique monster located in Ogham Manor. He is the final boss of Act 1. Defeating him is necessary to complete The Mad Wolf of Ogham.

Encounter

Entering the arena, Crazed Guards will attack. Once the guards are defeated, Oriana will command Count Geonor to kill the character. Geonor will proclaim, "No noose this time, I'll remove your head myself!", then leap and slam his sword into the center of the arena, beginning the fight.

Phase 1

—	Ice Wall Combo	Creates two large walls of ice in a long V shape, then slams his sword down the middle.
Red flash	Teleport Slam	Transforms into a wolf, chasing the character for a short duration, before briefly disappearing and falling from the sky, slamming within a red circle.

Phase 2A: Monstrous form

After reaching 33% life, Count Geonor transforms into a giant monstrous wolf-like monster called Geonor, the Putrid Wolf, entering Phase 2 with a full life bar. If the player has reached phase 2 and their character dies, subsequent attempts at the fight will lower the requirement to advance to phase 2 to 50% of Count Geonor's life bar.

—	Corrupted Moonbeam	Used instead of Moonbeam when below 25% life. Channels his sword emitting a corrupted beam of light, causing icy white and red beams to fall from the sky in multiple waves. Applies Corrupted Blood on hit and has a high chance to freeze. Continues to passively fall in waves once used.

Phase 2B: Fog circle

Geonor dashes out of the fog

Geonor, the Putrid Wolf will periodically let out a howl, creating a ring of dense fog around the arena. This begins a fog circle sub-phase, during which he cannot be damaged.

Each time Geonor enters this sub-phase he recites one stanza of a poem. After each line, he dashes from a place obscured by the fog through the arena and attempts to strike the character. Tendril Prowlers and Court Werewolves are also brought into the fight from the fog.

Upon delivering the last lines of the stanza, Geonor will leap into the middle of the arena, clearing the fog and ending the sub-phase. As the fog dissipates, any Court Werewolves and Tendril Prowlers remaining in the arena will freeze and explode, dealing cold damage.

Poem

Count Geonor's poem refers to Agnar, the name of his sword.
