20% increased Effect of Arcane Surge on you per ten percent missing Mana
20% of Damage is taken from Mana before Life [1]

Force of Will is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Stormweaver that increases the effect of Arcane Surge on you based on your maximum mana.
