The Realm Gate is used to open portals to other Realms to enable you to initiate Pinnacle Boss Fights.

| Simulacrum | Open a Delirium Portal by using this item at the Realm Gate. Can only be used once. |
| An Audience with the King | Travel to the Crux of Nothingness by using this item at the Realm Gate. Can only be used once. |
You can insert these Realm Gate items via the Map Device to enter other Realms.
It is spawned on the first screen after unlocking the Atlas Endgame System by completing Act 3 on Cruel Difficulty. It can be interacted with just like the Reliquary Vault.
