Body Armour grants regenerate 3% of maximum Life per second

Leather Bindings is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Smith of Kitava that adds the modifier Regenerate 3% of maximum Life per second to your body armour.

This passive requires the Smith's Masterwork passive to allocate.
