Concentration is a mechanic exclusive to the Witchhunter ascendancy that lessens the cooldown recovery rate of enemies, reducing the frequency of their skills.

Mechanics

The Concentration mechanic only occurs if a player has Witchbane allocated. Dealing damage breaks an equivalent amount of Concentration. Concentration cannot be reduced by allies unless they also have Witchbane allocated.

Concentration will be regained at a rate of 10% per second if Concentration was not lost in the past 5 seconds, either by not dealing damage, or Concentration being fully depleted.
