Mechanics

Phantasmal Arrow: Fires an arrow that embeds where it lands for a short duration before exploding, dealing damage with a high chance to ignite. Igniting any enemy this way will also apply Ignite to all enemies in the area.

Spectral Fire: Applies a debuff that causes affected targets to not take damage from ignite. Instead, the damage the ignite would have dealt accumulates, and when the debuff expires or the target dies, it causes an explosion that deals the accumulated damage to all enemies within 1.8 metres, including the affected target.

Item acquisition

Fairgraves' Curse can drop anywhere. It can be chanced.

0.3.0d	Spectral Fire now uses the player's stats for calculating its area of effect and dealing damage. Updated the Spectral Fire keyword to correctly state that damage modifiers do not scale the explosion further, this is purely a description change.
0.3.0c	The Fairgraves' Curse Unique Bow can once again be obtained. Items with Required Level 46 now require Level 45 instead, and their requirements and stats have been adjusted. Required Dexterity reduced to 80 (from 82) and Physical Damage reduced to 39-72 (down from 40-74). This change applies to existing items. [Undocumented] Fairgraves' Curse still requires Level 46, however. [Undocumented]
